Click "SIGN UP"...
Fill in registration fields...
Click "ACCEPT" button...

See "Welcome to..." page...
Check content if you like...
See "Send me specials offers..."...
Click "GO TO MY CALENDAR"...
Review your personal calendar...

Add Item

Click "ADD APPOINTMENT or other item"from drop-down-menu...
Sample, "ADD REMINDER"... AnyDay Screen
On "Add Reminder" page...
Choose "SELECT A REMINDER TYPE" or other item" from drop-down-menu...
Sample, "MEETING"...
Fill out title field and choose date add note...
In "ALERT" section choose options...
Add e-mail addresses in text box separate each address by a comma...
Choose "Remind me when..."...
Customize "Repeat" options for this calendar item...
Click "SAVE"... Click on calendar date (left/top of page) of item added to review item...

Other tips

In bar at top, Click "Contacts" to create address book...
Fill out as many fields as you like...
Click "SAVE"...
You MUST reload "Contacts" page to see your additions...

In bar at top, Click "Publish" to create PUBLIC calendar...
Note ONLY "Appointments" and "Events" can be made public...
Read...
Click "Create a Published Calendar"...
Choose "Category"...
Select options...
Follow each page to completion...
